Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Annual Maintenance Agreement for Infax, Inc. and Williamson County for the Electronic Docket Display System(s) covering term of October 1, 2021 – September 30, 2022, in the amount of $12,000, and authorizing execution of the agreement. Purchase is exempt from competitive bidding requirements under Texas Local Government Code 262.024. (7)(D) captive replacement parts or components for equipment.
Background
This agreement supports the ongoing operations of the Williamson County Courts for the Electronic Docket Display System. The Infax, Inc. Court Solutions system was awarded through RFP #15RFP108 in 2015. Equipment was upgraded earlier in 2021. System platforms include the Electronic Digital Display System, the Electronic Public Notice Display System and the Electronic Informational Kiosk System. The point of contact is Deanna Saucedo. The IT Department funding source is 01.0100.0503.004505.
