Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Regional Animal Shelter Fund.
Background
The shelter has seen an extended kitten season resulting in an increasing need for spay/neuter surgery and medical supplies. We need to move funds into 0545.0545.003200 Medical Supplies to cover these costs. We propose to move $1,000 from 0545.0545.004415 Vehicle Deductible and $37.47 from 0545.0545.004541 Vehicle Repairs into 0545.0545.003200 Medical Supplies. In addition, we need to move funds due to unexpected costs. We need to move $2170 from 0545.0545.004500 Maintenance Contracts into 0545.0545.004510 Facility Maintenance to pay for sprinkler repairs. And we need to move $947.51 from 01.0545.0545.003804 Immunizations into 01.0545.0545.004430 Utilities. We are requesting moving these funds in lieu of a budget amendment.
