Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Williamson County EMS Community Health Paramedics to participate with the Williamson County and Cities Health District in the Texas Department of State Health Services COVID-19 Immunizations Grant Program.
Background
WCCHD was awarded the Texas Department of State Health Services COVID-19 Immunizations Grant. WCCHD would like to partner with Williamson County EMS CHP personnel to assist in identifying populations, coordinating vaccine efforts, and education populations on vaccines. WCCHD would utilize $74,350 of grant funding to contract with Williamson County for the CHP services outline. WCCHD would be responsible for all reporting to DSHS.
