Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to approve the projects and budgets for the 2018,2019,2020,2021 and 2022 Capital Improvement Programs; the 2013 Park Bonds; 2019 Park Bonds; 2015 Certificate of Obligation, 2019 Road Bond, Long Range Transportation (LTP) and the 2021 Tax Anticipation Note. As well as the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act and the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021 funds.

This is a continuation from court discussions on 9/21/2021. Attached are the financial reports and also the CIP request list with the remaining funds available.
