Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) and Williamson County for training facility use.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office. Memorandum of Understanding is attached outlining the terms between the parties. MOU is valid from the date of last signature through August 31st, 2025. The Sheriff's Office seeks to use the emergency vehicle driving track in College Station for training purposes. Estimated annual expenditure is $1,875. Legal, contract audit, and budget have reviewed this purchase. Department contact is Assistant Chief James Carmona. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.2009.4232.
