Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Consulting Services Agreement between Kolei Group LLC and Williamson County for on-demand consulting services supporting Oracle applications, for a total of $20,800.00. Exemption of the services to be provided under the agreement from the competitive bidding proposal requirements are per the County Purchasing Act, pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services, as set forth under the Texas Local Government Code, Section 262.024 (a)(4).
Background
Kolei Group will provide a total of 320 hours of remote on-demand consulting services as needed, at a rate of $65.00 per hour for a total amount not to exceed $20,800.00 for Williamson County's Oracle applications, during the period from October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022. The department point of contact is Minnie Beteille. The funding source for this requirement is 01.0100.0503.004100.
