Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Hydrated Lime Slurry Contract #T1501, renewal option period 1, covering the term of October 6, 2021 – October 5, 2022, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract with Austin White Lime Company, Ltd.
Background
This renewal recommendation is the first renewal for this contract. The Road and Bridge Department submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) that reflects the vendor met all county requirements on this contract and request to renew. Renewal document and original awarded bid tabulation is herein attached. The department point of contact is James Williams. The funding source information for this renewal are shown under 0200-0210-003597 Roadway Rehab and 0200-0210-003551 Base & Stabilizer.
