Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on renewing the ­­­­­­­­­­­­Overhead Door Preventative Maintenance and Emergency Services Agreement for an additional one (1) year term with The Door Company, as approved by the Commissioners’ Court under agenda item no. 25 on 01.12.2021.

Background

The Facilities department is recommending renewing this agreement for one (1) additional year with The Door Company. Service agreement provides preventative maintenance services to maintain the County's rolling steel doors, counter shutters, garage gates, currently 108 devices.  Location details are attached herein.  The Department Point of contact is Shantil Moore. Estimated amount for FY22 is $56,785.00. Funding Source: 00100.000509.004500 is for the PM service contract, 00100.00509.004510 is for any repairs.
