Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Del Carmen Consulting, LLC and Williamson County for Sandra Bland Act and the Texas Racial Profiling Law Compliance and Related Services for the Williamson County Sheriff's Office in the not-to-exceed amount of $4,850, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office. This independent quarterly audit and reporting service ensures that the Department remains in compliance with the racial profiling state law at all times. Agreement attached outlines the services to be provided. This agreement will cover the one year term for Fiscal Year 2022. Department contact is Rebecca Rodriguez. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.2004.4100.
