Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the quotes for Meraki routers, security, license and support for Liberty Hill CSCD, the Lott Center, and the Hutto Community Center from Presidio in the amount of $14,671.79, pursuant to DIR Contract #DIR-TSO-4167, and authorizing execution of the quotes.
Background
Approval of this item will support multiple Williamson County Departments. Three quotes are attached for Meraki routers/security appliances, security license and support, and accessories. These devices enable internet connectivity. IT, legal, contract audit and budget have reviewed these purchases. These expenditures will be charged to 01.0999.0401.009007:(Liberty Hill CSCD) $6,229.25, (Lott) $4,859.33, (Hutto) $3,583.21. Department contact is Richard Semple.
