Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between WINTECH, LLC and Williamson County for a second Alice Receptionist Enterprise Subscription software system for one year for $6,216.60, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
One year agreement will benefit the County Attorney Office with a second system and contract terms to begin on 09/20/2021 and end on 09/20/2022, with options for 12 month renewals approved by Commissioners Court. This subscription is for an integrated suite of software and services allowing subscribers to manage buildings and public spaces to facilitate interaction between building visitors and employees. The platform provides a virtual receptionist and interactive information. The application and services are provided by the company under the trade name "Alice Receptionist".
