Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the lease between Williamson County and SHARP Electronics Corp. for one (1) copy machine in the amount of $55.37 per month for sixty (60) months, for the Sheriff's Office CID Division, pursuant to DIR contract #DIR-CPO-4433.
Background
Approval of this lease will support the operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office CID Property Crimes. The proposed lease through SHARP Electronics is for a term of 60 months effective December 1, 2021, and includes one (1) copy machine at a monthly rate of $55.37, (Including 1900 copies/prints per month, delivery, installation, training, parts, labor and toner, overages will be billed at $0.0019 each). Budget and Audit have approved for FY22. Department contact is Mary Johnson. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.2008.004621.
