Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of OneSolution annual maintenance from CentralSquare in the amount of $511,756.14.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office. CentralSquare was sole sourced on 5/5/2020 under discretionary exemptions as the sole provider for public safety software to include CAD (computer aided dispatch) and, RMS (records management system) to include licensing, maintenance, support, modification and training. Quote is attached outlining the annual maintenance for OneSolution. Maintenance agreement shall run from 12/11/2021 through 12/31/2022. Department contact is Janessa Stephens. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0503.004505.
