Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the installation proposal for eight (8) security cameras at the Lott Center from Knight Security Systems, LLC in the amount of $21,115.33 pursuant to DIR cooperative contract #DIR-CPO-4494, and authorizing execution of the proposal.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations at the Lott Center located at 107 Holly St. Georgetown TX 78626. Proposal attached outlines the materials, equipment and installation of eight (8) security cameras for a total of $18,715.33 with annual recurring maintenance at a rate of $2,400.00. This makes the total initial cost of the project $21,115.33. IT, legal, and contract audit have reviewed this purchase. Department contact is Chris Ball. This expenditure will be charged to 418P. CARES funding has been verified.
