Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing service contract between Falkenberg Construction Co. Inc. and Williamson County for a prefabricated restroom at Southwest Regional Park, located at 3005 County Road 175, Leander, TX 78641, pursuant to Buy Board Contract 581-19, and authorizing the execution of the agreement. Funding source is P-560.
Background
This project is for the installation of all infrastructure, utilities, landscape, additional trail lights, and appurtenances for a precast restroom. Work will be done in accordance with design, construction drawings and specifications developed for this project. The quotation includes a detailed scope of work in the amount of $265,771.68. The point of contact is Angel Gomez. Funding source is P-560.
