Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the proposal from Kofile Technologies, Inc. for preservation, digitization and archival of records for the County Clerk's Office in the amount of $26,476.60 pursuant to TXMAS contract #TXMAS-18-3602, and authorizing execution of the proposal.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County County Clerk's Office. Proposal is attached that outlines the details of the preservation and digitization services to be performed. The collection to be serviced contains thirteen volumes and a good faith estimate of 4,322 pages. Legal, contract audit and budget have reviewed this purchase.
