Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of four (4) Chevrolet Tahoes from Holiday Chevrolet in the amount of $243,050.00, pursuant to TXSmartBuy Contract #070-A1 for the vehicle and Tarrant County Cooperative Contract #2019-181 for the upfitting.
Background
Approval of this purchase will support the operations of Williamson County Constable Pct.4 Department. These Tahoes will replace units 4B1533, 4B1676, 4B1771 and 4B1822. The quotes are attached that outline the vehicles and upfittings.
Three (3) vehicles will be purchased for $62,000.00 each for a total of $186,000.00 and one (1) vehicle will be purchased for $57,050.00 for a total of $243,050.00.
The Fleet Services and Budget Department have both reviewed this purchase. Department contact is Brian Olson. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0554.005700.
