Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving agreement for Economic Development Program Services with Cogitare Global, LLC with an hourly rate of $105.00 and a not-to-exceed amount of $35,000, exempting the provided services from the competitive bidding proposal requirements per the County Purchasing Act, pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal services, as set forth under the Texas Local Government Code, Section 262.024.(a)(4) [a Personal or Professional Service], and authorizing execution of the agreement.

The scope of this service agreement includes Information Acquisition, Identification of Cost, Revenue & Level of Service Factors, Confirmation of Fiscal Impact Tool and Analysis Factors, Drafting of Economic Development Policy for Williamson County, and Assistance with Proposed Economic Development Projects.
