Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on HCS, Inc., Change Order No. 6 for the Williamson County Justice Center Renovations (P515).  This change order is for architectural and IT data related improvements within the project.  Funding for this project will be under P515 project contingency.

This change order is for the additional service of architectural and IT Data related Improvements within the project. Department point of contact is Tom Stanfield.  On November 17, 2020, the Williamson County Commissioners Court approved Williamson County Facilities Sr. Project Manager, Tom Stanfield, with authority to approve change orders under Local Government Code Sec. 262.031, in relation to Williamson County construction and facilities projects. This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
