Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Vending Services Contract 1709-189, renewal option period 4 (final), for the same pricing, terms and conditions, for the term of December 5, 2021 – December 4, 2022, with Mcliff Coffee and Vending.
Background
This is a commission-based revenue contract and is no cost to the County and provides snack and drink vending machines in various employee work areas. The funds are deposited into County Judge, Employee Fund 01.0409-0000-370500 as miscellaneous revenue. The department point of contact is Shantil Moore.
