Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for unspent 2021 donation dollars for Juvenile Services.
Background
Juvenile Services received donations throughout the year. At the end of Fiscal year 2021, $879.73 remained in unspent donation dollars. This amendment is to appropriate those 2021 donations to be spent in 2022.
