Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on extending Custodial/Janitorial Services Agreement, Renewal #1, with McLemore Building Maintenance, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract, per the attached pricing documentation and Specification and Scope of Service, for the term of January 1, 2022 - December 31, 2022.
Background
This is the first renewal for this contract with McLemore Building Maintenance. . The Facilities department requested renewal of this agreement and provided a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) showing that the vendor met all County requirements on the contract. Point of contact is Shantil Moore. Funding Source will be 01-100-0509-4962 and 01-0545-0545-004962 (Animal Shelter).
