Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the extension of Asphalt Emulsions contract #T2725, renewal option period #2, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract with Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, Inc. for the 12-month term of 2/4/22 – 2/3/23.
