Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a 2019 Road Bond Transfer per Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager, to close P302 (SH 130 Frontage Rd Ph 3) and move the remaining funds of $4,000,000 to P390 (CR 401/CR 404 IMPROVEMENTS) and to move $1,000,000 from P380 MoKAN (University to SH 45) to P389 (CR 402 IMPROVEMENTS).
