Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the services contract between TAB Products Co. LLC and Williamson County for the moving of storage boxes and organizing of shelving and storage system at the Inner Loop in the amount of $6,967.

Background

Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County IT Department and warehouse at the Inner Loop Building.  Services contract including the quote is attached.  The move will consist of Disassembly of (39) sections of pallet racks, (8’w x 4’d x 15’h) and rearrange in four separate rows plus using (four additional posts) and store the balance of the equipment there.   Three (3) quotes have been obtained. Vendor is honoring the pricing of the quote.  Legal, contract audit, and budget have reviewed this purchase.  This expenditure will be charged to FY22 01.0390.0390.004509.  Department contact is Richard Semple.
