Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving purchase of two (2) additional 2022 Ford F-250 Regular Cab Trucks in the amount of $27,933.25 each for the total amount of $56,166.50, The quote includes a one-time administrative fee of $300 per purchase order from Silsbee Ford, as per co-op GoodBuy Contract #20-8F000.
Background
Approval of this purchase will support the Road and Bridge Department. The Fleet Services and Budget Department have both reviewed this purchase. Both additional vehicles are for new positions and not replacing old units. Department contact: Shea Webb, Funding Source: 01.0200.0210.005700 and approved in the FY22 budget.
