Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the extension of Asphalt Cement contract #T2240, renewal option period 1, for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract but with a price increase of $0.20/gallon, with Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, Inc. for the 12-month term of 12/08/21 – 12/7/22.
