Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding an Antiquities Permit Application to the Texas Historical Commission required as part of the Due Diligence Environmental Investigations on the CR 314 Safety Improvements Project, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct. 3, Project Number P364.

The permit requests the approval of intensive pedestrian survey, with surface and subsurface investigations as necessary based on field conditions. No investigations will take place until a permit is received from the Texas Historical Commission.  Portions of the attached application have been redacted prior to placing on the court agenda, to protect restricted information. Redacted information will be included in the application to the THC.
