Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the revised preliminary plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 subdivision (revision 5) – Precinct 3.

This is revision 5 to the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 preliminary plat.  This preliminary plat was last revised and approved on May 19, 2020.  Since the last re-approval, the Developer has requested some additional changes to the roadway and lot layout within the development.  These changes are as follows.  In Section 7, the lot layout is being reconfigured to add 24 lots for a total of 42 lots and 929 linear feet of new roads.  In Section 14, the roadway and lot layout are being reconfigured with a decrease of 3 lots for total of 42 lots and 2,610 linear feet of new public roads.
