Authorize the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Proposal with awarded RFP #T3931 Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Chasco Constructors Ltd, llc for Bid Package 2 projects at the Expo Center, in the amount of $2,009,747.00 and authorize the execution of the agreement between Williamson County and CMAR. P562
Background
Bid Package 2 is a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) to complete the work approved for the above referenced project including widening main arena to increase performance area, lengthen performance area to 275 feet, add perimeter stem wall for dirt control, reconfigure bleachers for box seating and ADA compliance, tarmac revisions (Additional improvements), 4” Sidewalk with handicap ramps (5,536 SF), and additional landscape and irrigation modifications.
