Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Spypoint Link-S Camera Set Usage Agreement between Williamson County Constable Precinct No. 4 acting by and through Williamson County and Capital Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) in relation to the use of Spypoint Link-S Cellular Camera Sets for use in investigating environmental crimes.
Background
This agreement provides that CAPCOG will allow the Constable Precinct No. 4’s office the ability to use camera sets, at no cost, for purposes of investigating environmental crimes. The agreement outlines the obligations for the use. Reviewed by Hal Hawes.
