Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding acceptance of a donation of approximately $50,000 to the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter from the Estate of Connie Reynolds to be used for Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter purposes (Pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code § 81.032); and authorize the Williamson County Judge to execute any necessary documentation in order to receive the bequest.
Background
Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter and animals were near to Connie Reynolds' heart. She was confident that this gift would be put to good use and could benefit the lives of many.
