Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Automated Logic Contracting Services to provide the Preventative Maintenance Secure Assurance Plan in the amount of $31,358.00, per BuyBoard Contract #631-20, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This service agreement is for Williamson County’s automated logic system which is the HVAC/lighting central control system. It will cover the automation equipment and systems throughout Williamson County facilities. This multi-year agreement will run from 2/1/22 through 9/30/25. Annual price adjustments are noted within the agreement. Point of Contact is Jeffrey Hancock and Christi Stromberg. Funding Source is 01.0100.0509.4500 for FY 22.
