Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the closing of Davilla Street and detouring traffic during construction of the Davilla Street Culvert Replacement project, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Precinct 4. Project: P486. 

The proposed detour of Davilla Street is necessary to construct a culvert and reconstruct the intersection of Davilla Street and N. Walton Avenue, which is in close proximity to the railroad.  The detour will last approximately 45 days. It will require drivers to detour 800ft north to Ash Street to avoid the closure.  The City of Granger staff and Union Pacific Railroad have approved the detour.  Adjacent property owners, Williamson County Emergency Communications, Union Pacific Railroad, the US Postal Service, and the City of Granger will be notified, prior to any changes in the traffic pattern.
