Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the renewal agreement between Williamson County and MCCi for software licensing for Laserfiche Rio Records Management, for a total of $92,906.10, pursuant to the BuyBoard Contract #625-20, and authorizing the execution of this agreement.
Background
The approval of this renewal agreement will benefit the Williamson County IT Department with Laserfiche records management and annual software support. Laserfiche is the platform for countywide document imaging, document management and records archiving. The attached agreement has detailed information regarding the purchase. Legal, Contract Audit, Budget and IT have reviewed the renewal agreement. The line item expenditure is 01.0100.0503.004505. The department point of contact is Alison Gleason.
