Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on canceling the new lease agreement for Williamson County Court at Law #4 with SHARP Electronics, that was approved in Commissioner's Court on 12.21.21 under agenda item #22.
Background
Cancelation of this new lease agreement with SHARP is due to the supplier not being able to deliver the new copier by the approved date because of supply shortage. At this time, Williamson County is moving into the direction of standardizing copy machines. The existing lease on the current machine will be carried out month-to-month until a new contract is awarded. Department Contact: Sharrion Threadgill.
