Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of an x-ray machine for the entrance of the Williamson County Justice Center from AutoClear Security Inspection Systems, LLC in the amount of $25,607.00, pursuant to GSA contract #GS-07F-184GA, and authorizing execution of the quote.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Justice Center. Purchase of a new x-ray machine for the entrance at the Justice Center will allow for two lanes of entry for screening visitors. The quotation is attached that outlines the machine and options to be purchased. Legal, contract audit, and budget have reviewed this purchase. This expenditure will be charged to FY22 01.0100.0570.005003. Department contact is Lt. Randy Word.
