Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 1 from Knight Security Systems, Inc. in the amount of $954.87 for Job #21513-1-0 at the Williamson County Inner Loop Annex Elections Department, originally approved on 01.11.2022 under agenda item #21, pursuant to DIR-CPO 4494 contract, and authorizing the execution of the Change Order.
Background
This Change Order adds additional cabling, patch panel mini-com, terminations and programming required to complete the installation. One interior rated dome camera (ceiling mounted) will be provided by Williamson County. Knight Security Systems will install One (1) IP Axis security camera, mounts, Axis camera station license and programming. The attached Change Order document contains additional information regarding the equipment and installation. The line item expenditure is 01.0376.0376.003010 for the equipment amount of $206.82, and the line expenditure is 01.0376.0376.004100 for the labor amount of $748.05. The department point of contact will be Christopher Davis.
