Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of additional Laserfiche licenses from MCCi for Rio Records Management for a total of $11,286.00, pursuant to BuyBoard Co-op contract #625-20, and authorizing the execution of the expansion agreement.
Background
The approval of this purchase will provide additional licenses for Laserfiche Rio Records Management software and support subscription. The attached agreement has the details of the software agreement and what it entails. Funding is through ARPA, 445P. The department point of contact is Richard Semple.
