Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Brycomm, LLC and Williamson County for Countywide Outside Plant (OSP) Fiber Optic Annual Maintenance in the amount of $21,500.00, pursuant to DIR contract #DIR-CPO-4777, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this item supports the IT Departments's annual maintenance requirements for the County's fiber-optic cabling that include preventative maintenance as well as incident response. This is a planned, budgeted item for Technology Services that is reviewed and renewed annually. Proposal and Service Agreement are attached. Legal, audit, and budget have reviewed this item. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0503.004500. Department contact is Richard Semple.
