Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Contract T3086 Portland Cement, renewal option period 1, covering the term of March 9, 2022 – March 8, 2023, with the same terms and conditions with the exception of fee increases (detailed in the attached spreadsheet) and no longer using the Spreader Services. Per vendor, product I/II will be phased out and has been replaced with Portland Cement IL.
Background
This renewal recommendation is the first renewal for this contract. The Road and Bridge Department submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) that reflects the vendor met all county requirements on this contract and request to renew. Renewal documentation and price increase bid tabulation is attached. The funding source is 01.0200.0210.003597. The department Point of Contact is James Williams.
