Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Parks Department.
Background
Transfer of funds necessary to purchase a software application for the Expo Center. The Expo Center hosts a variety of events annually in the Expo Hall. Each event holder desires different/specific layout configurations tailored to their event. This application is a 3D floor plan platform that allows prospective event holders to view their layout configuration to ensure it is conducive to an effective and successful event. Expo Center staff previously used a free-ware version of a similar application that has since expired.
