Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Williamson County and Frontier Communications for a total of $236.00, with a reoccurring fee of $141.00 annually, for the elevator phone lines at the Williamson County Jail and Parking Garage in Georgetown and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
The approval of this agreement is for phone lines for the jail and parking garage elevators. These phone lines are for the call box in the elevators in case someone is stuck, so they can call out. The one time payment of $236.00 includes the installation fee of $95.00 and the reoccurring fee of $141.00. IT, Legal, Budget and Audit have reviewed this agreement. The attached agreement has detailed information regarding the lines. This agreement is Off-Contract but does not require three quotes. The funding source line item being charged is 01.0100.0503.004211. The point of contact will be Chris Ball.
