Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Service Contracts for between Williamson County and Keith Pajestka and Garett Chick for Wrangler Services, pursuant to Texas Agriculture Code 142.001, and authorizing the execution of the Service Contracts.
Background
The approval of these service contracts will benefit Williamson County with health and safety measures by the wrangling of estray livestock that cause a danger to public roads and property, for impoundment and disposition. Fee schedules for as-needed compensation are included in the attached agreements. Legal, Budget and Contract Audit have reviewed these contracts. The line item being charged for this 01.0100.560.4968. The point of contact will be Jonathon Hodgkiss.
