Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Williamson County and Data Projections, Inc. for an audio visual (AV) systems upgrades for Justice of the Peace Pct. 2, for a total of $11,734.09 pursuant to TIPS 210101 contract, and authorizing the execution of this agreement.
Background
The approval of this agreement will benefit the Justice of the Peace Pct. 2, at 305 Discovery Blvd, Ste. 205, Cedar Park, TX 78613, by relocating an AV Rack and equipment to a new location in the courtroom. The attached proposal contains detailed information regarding the moving of this equipment, the additional equipment provided, along with the explanation of the work to be done. IT, Legal, Audit and Budget have reviewed this agreement. The funds for this project are ARPA 445P Wilco: 445A Task 3. The allocation of ARPA funds was approved in Commissioner's Court on 3.22.22. The department point of contact is Richard Semple.
