Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Cool Water Phase 3 Section 1 subdivision – Precinct 4.

This is the next section of the Cool Water development.  It consists of 193 single family lots, 3 drainage/open space lots, 1 agricultural/drainage/open space lot, 1 development lot and 5,898 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a financial security in the amount of $43,635.85 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2022-01-14 – initial submittal of the final plat
2022-02-11 – 1st review complete with comments
2022-03-14 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2022-03-21 – 2nd review complete with comments clear
2022-03-22 – receipt of final plat with signatures 
2022-03-22 – receipt of a financial security for the remaining construction
2022-03-24 – final plat placed on the March 29, 2022 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
