Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to Agreement for Design & Engineering Services, as amended, with Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. for the Expo Center Winter Storm Repairs (P566). Due to the need for additional services, the contract is increased by $11,600 and the schedule is being adjusted to add Ninety (90 days) for construction administration.
