K Friese Contract Amendment No. 5 increases the contract compensation cap by $122,200.00 from $2,087,800.00 to $2,210,000.00. The increase will allow for the execution of two Supplemental Work Authorizations for the Upper Brushy Creek Dam 13A stability analysis, additional PS&E including existing drainage area map, detention pond layouts/details, final drainage report, and budget for a future Construction Phase Services Work Authorization.
