Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Assignment between Austin Truck & Equipment LTD as assignor, and Doggett Freightliner of South Texas, LLC DBA Freightliner of Austin, as assignee, in relation to the previous Williamson County Contracts.
Background
Freightliner of Austin has been acquired by Doggett Freightliner, LLC effective as of Jan 1, 2022. The Consent to Contract Assignment will complete the transition process by transferring previous Services Contract executed Oct 01, 2021 to Freightliner of Austin.
