Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the pole license agreement between Williamson County and Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (Oncor) which will enable the County to attach wireline and wireless equipment to Oncor owned poles and authorizing execution of the agreement.  

Background

This agreement will benefit the Williamson County IT Department by providing connectivity infrastructure access to Oncor owned utility poles.  Connectivity routes for fiber optic cable are needed for county operations.  Route plans and associated costs will be brought forward as project plans are formalized.  Authorizing this agreement is the first step in that process.  No costs are associated with approving this agreement at this time.  Department point of contact is Richard Semple.
